USER CONTENT

We may, in our sole discretion, permit you to post, upload, or publish User Content. By making available any User Content on or through the Platform, you hereby grant to Dalil Masr a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, modify, transfer, and otherwise exploit such User Content on, through, by means of or to promote, or advertise the Platform or Pro Services. Dalil Masr does not claim ownership rights in your User Content submitted, or posted, on or through the Platform by you.

COPYRIGHT POLICY

We expect users to respect copyright law. In appropriate circumstances we will terminate the Account of any user who repeatedly infringes or is believed to be repeatedly infringing the rights of copyright holders.

SANCTIONS FOR VIOLATIONS OF THESE TERMS

Without limiting any other rights reserved herein, Dalil Masr may, in its sole discretion, take any action permitted by law for any violation of these Terms or any other policy or agreement between you and Dalil Masr, including but not limited to removing User Content you posted, limiting your Account access, terminating your Account, and/or cooperating with law enforcement agencies in investigation or prosecution.
